Communication was very good and easy, but the driver left us at the wrong hotel (our mistake too, we saw the sign for our hotel and relaxed but the driver then passed just by and dropped us off at the next one; we were tired from the trip, once we realised the mistake they came back and took us to the right one). We were ok to forget about the mistake (we had already paid and left a tip), but then on the return pickup they were 25min late. I guess it’s good we gave ourselves plenty of time. I would normally give a lower rating but I appreciated the good communication. Mistakes are normal and fine, but I would have appreciated even more some sort of gesture not just words (ex offer to return the tip or anything else). Being late quite a bit is not really ok.

Great experience with this company. Booked Return trip taxi service from and to airport before we left for Punta Cana. Communication was great every step of the way via email and whatsapp. Our flight was delayed to PUJ and immigration took forever. We came out of the airport almost 2hrs late and they were still there waiting for us. They were on time to pick us up at the end of the trip as well. Reasonable prices..100% recommend!
